Connecting your Amazon store in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can add an Amazon store to sync your Amazon e-commerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

You can add an Amazon store to sync your Amazon ecommerce orders with PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise.

Before you begin

You will need the following information from your Amazon account.

  • Username
  • Password

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Adding your Amazon account

  1. From the Ship Orders tab, select + Add Store.
  2. Select Amazon.
  3. Select Connect Store.
  4. Sign in to your Amazon seller account.
  5. Click the checkbox to allow access to your Amazon account data.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. (Optional) Set your default preferences for orders from this store and select Finish.
