Networking and connectivity details for the mailstation series, DM100i, DM125 and DM225, DM300C-DM475 and DM Infinity

Use these network requirements to prepare your IT and local network environment for connecting your mailstation, mailstation2, DM100i-DM200i, DM125 and DM225, DM300c-DM475 and DM Infinity.

Alert: The USPS has discontinued all IBI meter technology, and many devices must be returned and withdrawn from service by the end of 2024. If your device is affected, new business rules will disrupt your mailing operation. URL information

Restricting access to specific URL and IP addresses could potentially cause machine condition issues in the future should Pitney Bowes update their infrastructure. In order to minimize this Pitney Bowes recommends allowing access to any URL containing pb.com.
