Getting help and creating cases in Your Account

Sign in to Your Account online to create a case and get assistance for financial, account or technical support.

Sign in to Your Account to access the Pitney Bowes help center. Within the help center you can get support for a variety of issues, access support articles and create support cases to request assistance from a Pitney Bowes representative.

Getting help in Your Account

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Help Center & Cases and click Help Center.
  3. Select a topic from one of the 5 support categories that best matches your issue: 
    • Financials: Help with bills, payments, credits and refunds.
    • Products: Technical support and assistance with postage management, postage meters and other products.
    • Contracts & Agreements: Help with your contracts and subscriptions, including ValueMAX, copy contract requests and termination requests.
    • General Account Management : Help with your online profile, company information, and account settings.
    • Supplies :Help with ordering and managing supplies for Pitney Bowes products.
  4. Select a question from the list that appears to review support information for your issue or create a case to a Pitney Bowes representative.
