A promotional flame is a logo or message that you can print on your envelopes at the same time as the postage stamp.
Before you can create your logo, you will first need to log in to your customer area. See Access your customer area by creating a Your Account account

To create a new personalized promotional flame:
- Log in to your online account.
- Scroll down to the Your Products section.
- Find your machine and click View Details on the right side.
- In Most Frequent Tasks, select My Graphics.
- Check the box to accept the terms of use, then click Start creating a new chart.
- Select Image or Text as needed; Image to upload a file, or text to enter a return address.
- Enter the required information in the various fields and click Next Step to proceed to Download Now.
