Create a case for billing or service support

Sign in to Your Account to create a case and request support from Pitney Bowes,

Sign in to Your Account to create a case and request support from Pitney Bowes.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Support & Cases and click Create a Case.
  3. Select an option for the type of issue you have:
    • Finacial Support- Queries related to billing, payments or querying a charge.
    • Account Support- if you have any queries related: to contract details or address updates.
    • Technical Support- if you have any queries related to your meter.
  4. Complete the information requested and select Submit.
