Uploading system logs on the Connect+, SendPro P

Your franking machine creates a series of system logs that monitor a variety of operations. Pitney Bowes Technical Support may ask you to upload one or more of these logs.

Your franking machine creates a series of system logs that monitor a variety of operations. Pitney Bowes Technical Support may ask you to upload one or more of these logs.
  1. Select Settings from the Home screen.
  2. Select System.
  3. Select Upload System Logs twice. A pop up appears when the upload is complete.
  4. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
