This meter is configured to print with postal ink in slot 1 only. Remove the ink cartridge from slot 2.
Verify that the installed ink cartridge is genuine Pitney Bowes ink. If it is not, replace it with a genuine Pitney Bowes ink cartridge.

You can view the amount of funds available in your meter and the amount you have used.
Before refilling your meter, you should check the funds available through your postage account.
The refill receipt report provides detailed information on the last postage refill performed on your system.
You can apply to Australia Post for a refund if your mail is unwanted, damaged or incorrectly printed.
In order to print postage onto your mailpiece, you must transfer postage funds from your Pitney Bowes account to your meter.

Reporting, History & Accounting
You can view the amount of funds available in your meter and the amount you have used.
You can view or edit the account name, code, description, status or password for all of the accounts and account levels on your system.
When you delete an account, sub account or sub sub account, you remove its data completely. Once you delete an account, the data cannot be retrieved. If you have already charged transactions to an existing account you cannot delete the account.
You can build your accounting structure by creating an account, creating a sub account and creating a sub sub account on the mailing system.
Run account reports to show how you spent your postage for a specific account or for all accounts over various time periods.
